About From the Light
Welcome to From the Light, my name is Lucy (meaning - light bringer) when I was growing up I was always aware of spirits around me and while I wouldn't classify myself as a medium I do work very closely with my 'spirit team'.

When I was in my late teens/early 20s I felt a pull to work with closely spirit but set it aside for university and life in general. Fast forward to 2020 and it came calling again, this time it was stronger and harder to ignore.
​
My card decks started speaking to me again and I was pulling cards daily for myself, reading regularly for friends and family. But the biggest step was starting to attend Mind, Body and Spirit fayres. It was here that ​I started finding my tribe and began my training in earnest. I'm a qualified Reiki Master and have been healing myself and those around me all my life sometimes without even realising.

My connection to spirit and my ability to heal often work side by side and allow me to gain insights into issues surrounding my clients and allow me help, which is something I am so proud to be able to do.

Healing Approach
Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei meaning "Universal Wisdom or Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy."

Each session is a space where you can embrace healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Whether you seek relief from stress and discomfort or are looking to relax each session is centred on allowing you to awaken your inner light and embrace the fullness of your being.
